Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most unused and unopened items.
To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened gel pads, braces, or compression items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used Bunga™ Pads or braces

• Custom-made or personalized products

• Gift cards or promotional items

• Clearance or final sale products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [support@absoluteathletics.com] with photos and order details.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size (when applicable).
