What causes it
- Toes rubbing against each other or the top of the shoe
- Hammer, mallet or claw toes that press down at the tip
- Downhill hiking and running pushing toes into the shoe
- Tight skates or cleats
How Bunga Pads help
Toe caps and gel tubing cover a single toe, separators sit between toes to stop rubbing, and the toe crest cushions under curled toes. Many can be trimmed to fit.
Tips for the best fit
- Gel tubing can be cut to length for any toe or finger.
- Use separators between toes that rub or overlap.
- Trim toenails straight across to reduce pressure.
