Every order ships from our facility in Boynton Beach, Florida, so you can get back in the game fast.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping methods and costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the weight of your order. Most orders ship by USPS in thin, lightweight packaging, which keeps costs low. Faster options, when available, are shown at checkout with their price before you pay.
Where we ship
- United States: all 50 states, plus APO/FPO and US territories by USPS.
- Canada and international: available at checkout where offered. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by their country.
Delivery times
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start once your order ships. Most US orders arrive in 2–5 business days. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will gladly help you track a package.
Wrong address, lost or damaged packages
- Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.
- If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us.
- Missing or incorrect items must be reported within 10 days of the shipment date.
