These terms apply to every purchase from Bunga Pads®, a brand of Absolute Athletics, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products and medical information
Bunga Pads products are protective gel padding for comfort and protection. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this site is for general education only and is not medical advice. Please read our medical warnings and consult a medical professional about any medical condition.
2. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a pricing error occurs or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund the amount charged.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. Sales tax is added where required by law. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure payment providers; we do not store your full card number.
4. Shipping
Shipping times and costs are described in our shipping policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.
5. Exchanges and defective products
Because our products are medical-grade and worn against the skin, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Unused items may be exchanged for another size as described in our exchange policy. Defective items are replaced at no charge.
6. Warranty and limitation of liability
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects; our only obligation under that guarantee is to replace the defective product. Except as stated here and to the extent allowed by law, products are sold “as is” without other warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Bunga Pads® and Keeping Athletes in the Game!™are trademarks of Absolute Athletics, LLC. All text, photos, videos and designs on this site belong to us and may not be copied without permission.
8. Reviews and messages
If you post a review or send us content, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and marketing. We may remove content that is offensive or unrelated.
9. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we collect and use your information.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
